For a long time, I thought creativity had to mean big projects — novels, paintings, elaborate DIYs. But big projects require big time… and I didn’t have much of that.
So I started a 15-minute creative ritual:
I write without editing. No deleting. No perfect grammar. Just thoughts on a page.
🧠
Why It Works
- No pressure = more freedom
- Small time commitment = easy to start
- I surprise myself with ideas I didn’t know were there
Some days what I write is beautiful.
Some days it’s nonsense.
But every day, it’s mine.
Creativity isn’t about the outcome. It’s about giving yourself permission to play.
💬 Your turn — what’s one creative thing you could do for 15 minutes today? Let me know — I might try it too.
