I used to rest with a side of guilt — always thinking of what I “should” be doing.
Now, I let myself have truly lazy Saturdays, no apologies.

- Sleep in without alarms
- Slow breakfast (pajamas required)
- Reading or watching something comforting
- Gentle walk, no pace goals
- Ordering dinner instead of cooking

The Mindset Shift
Rest is not something you earn by doing enough.
Rest is part of a full life.
And the more I allow it, the more energy and joy I bring into the week.
Productivity doesn’t define you — how you care for yourself does.
