Now, I let myself have truly lazy Saturdays, no apologies.

  • Sleep in without alarms
  • Slow breakfast (pajamas required)
  • Reading or watching something comforting
  • Gentle walk, no pace goals
  • Ordering dinner instead of cooking

The Mindset Shift



Rest is not something you earn by doing enough.

Rest is part of a full life.

And the more I allow it, the more energy and joy I bring into the week.
