I used to think I needed a fresh start only at New Year’s.
But I’ve learned that a small monthly reset is enough to keep my life feeling steady and intentional.
๐งน
Step 1: Clear One Space
Not the whole house — just a desk, a counter, or my bedside table. A clear space feels like a clear mind.
๐
Step 2: Review My Calendar
I look at what’s coming up, what I can remove, and where I can create more breathing room.
๐
Step 3: Write a “More / Less” List
More joy, more movement, more connection.
Less overcommitting, less phone time, less rushing.
๐ฟ
Step 4: Do One Kind Thing for Future Me
Wash the sheets, stock up on groceries, schedule that overdue appointment.

Why It Works
It’s not about control. It’s about feeling grounded — so the month ahead feels like mine.
๐ฌ What’s one thing you do to reset each month? Share in the comments — I might add it to my list.
